The B1F food hall brings several independent food counters together with shared seating. Choose from the actual menus when you arrive; each stall’s last order and available dishes can differ.

Find the entrance

Follow B1F food-hall signs in Kyoto Tower. The official floor guide notes that returning to 1F uses stairs or a lift, rather than an upward escalator.
